Location Data
The app may request access to your device's location (GPS) only when you are placing an order to help auto-fill your delivery address and validate your pincode is within our delivery zone.
- Location access is optional — you can manually type your address instead
- We do not track your location in the background
- Location coordinates are stored with your order only for the purpose of accurate delivery
- You can revoke location permission at any time from your phone's app settings
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections
- Passwords and OTPs are never stored in plain text
- Database access is restricted to authorised personnel only
- Payment data is not stored — we only store the payment method type and a reference number

Data Retention

- Account information is retained as long as you have an active account
- Order history is retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes
- OTP codes expire automatically within 10 minutes of generation
- Upon account deletion request, your personal data will be anonymised within 30 days
